Nicholas Puente (Archaeology, PhD Candidate) awarded an Alice Hamilton scholarship from the Colorado Archaeological Society. The funds from this award will support a feasability project that tests whether cave speleothems can be successfully sourced in the northern Maya lowlands.

He now advances to PhD candidacy.
